Meghan Munson

Program Manager

Meghan is a Program Manager at Jacaranda Health and has worked at Jacaranda since 2016 when she and her husband Michael moved to Nairobi, Kenya from the United States. She currently works on breastfeeding and infant nutrition, group antenatal care, and person-centered care. She also leads Jacaranda’s quality improvement work to improve healthcare systems and processes.

Meghan holds an MPH from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. and has previously worked with INCAAS in Lima, Peru, and the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation in Washington, D.C. on prevention of mother-to-child transmission of HIV. She also enjoys singing in a local chamber choir, the Greenwood Singers.

Meghan is passionate about providing high-quality care to women and babies in Kenya, especially after having recently given birth to her first child, Avery, in Nairobi.
