Rachel Jones

Senior Program Manager

Rachel M. Jones is originally from the United States and has been working with Jacaranda Health in Nairobi, Kenya since 2016. She is passionate about the intersections of culture and reproductive health. Rachel manages the nurse mentorship program and works on client insights, new content, and evaluation for the SMS PROMPTS platform. Rachel also manages several of Jacaranda's research projects.

She holds an MPH in Global Health from Emory University and has previously worked with Emory's Global Health Institute on the topic of HIV key populations and religion, CARE's SRMH team, and the Peace Corps in Morocco empowering youth.

When not in the office, she plays the flute with the Nairobi Orchestra and enjoys hiking, baking, and listening to podcasts.
